Everything you need to know about CryptoSignalMatters

Understanding Signals

Our signal engine analyses three things simultaneously: price and volume data for each coin, sentiment from crypto news headlines, and the overall market mood (Fear & Greed index). These are combined into a single score that generates a BUY, HOLD, or SELL signal in plain English. No charts. No jargon. Just a clear recommendation and the reason behind it.

No. CryptoSignalMatters uses a rules-based algorithmic engine, not artificial intelligence or machine learning. Our signals come from real market data — price movements, news sentiment, and market mood — processed through a transparent formula. We think honest data beats AI hype.

Free plan signals update hourly. Pro and Premium signals update every 5 minutes. When a BUY signal is active, the engine monitors it continuously and will alert you (Premium) or update the dashboard when conditions change significantly.

Because no signal tool is right 100% of the time — anyone claiming otherwise is lying. Markets move on news, events, and sentiment that no algorithm perfectly predicts. Our current win rate is shown publicly on our homepage and in the Signal Logbook. We show every loss because we believe you deserve the full picture.

Because hiding losses is what dishonest services do. Every signal we have ever given — wins and losses — is in our public Signal Logbook. Anyone can check it without logging in. If our signals were not worth following, you would see it in the data. That transparency is what makes us different from Telegram groups and signal services that only screenshot their winners.

Trading & Safety

Spot trading only. Always. We never suggest leverage, futures, or margin trading. Spot trading means you buy the actual coin directly and own it. Your maximum loss is what you invest — nothing more. This is the only approach we support for beginners.

Any major exchange that supports spot trading. Popular choices include Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, and Bybit. Every signal includes an Entry Price, Take Profit, and Stop Loss that you set directly in your exchange app. We are not affiliated with any exchange and do not earn commissions from them.

A stop loss is an automatic sell order you set on your exchange. If the coin price drops to a certain level, your exchange sells automatically — even when you are offline or sleeping. Every CSM signal includes a suggested stop loss level. Setting it immediately after buying is the single most important thing a beginner can do to protect their funds.

Never more than 5-10% of your total available funds on any single signal. Diversify across multiple positions and always keep some funds in reserve. This is displayed as a permanent reminder on your dashboard. Crypto is volatile — responsible position sizing protects you from a single bad trade wiping out your account.

No. CryptoSignalMatters provides informational signals only. We are not a registered financial advisor, investment manager, or regulated firm. Our signals are based on market data analysis and are for informational purposes only. Always do your own research before making any investment decision. Crypto markets are volatile and you can lose money.

Technical

No installation required. CryptoSignalMatters works in any browser on your phone or computer. You can also add it to your home screen — tap the share icon in Safari (iOS) or the menu in Chrome (Android) and select "Add to Home Screen" for one-tap access like a native app.

Each card shows the coin name and live price, the signal (BUY/HOLD/SELL), a confidence score showing how strong the signal is, and a plain English explanation of why. BUY signals also show the Entry Price (where to buy), Take Profit (where to sell for a gain), and Stop Loss (where to exit to limit losses). The Glossary button (? icon) explains every term.

Confidence shows how strongly our engine agrees with the signal direction. Higher means more indicators are aligned. Above 65% is a stronger signal. Below 50% means mixed conditions — consider waiting. We cap confidence at 82% because claiming higher certainty in crypto markets would not be honest.

HOLD means our engine does not see a strong enough entry point right now. This often happens during high uncertainty or extreme fear in the market. It is deliberately cautious — we would rather show HOLD and protect your capital than force a BUY signal in poor conditions. The engine generates BUY signals when multiple factors align: positive price momentum, improving news sentiment, and recovering market mood.

About CSM

CryptoSignalMatters is operated by MarketShank Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. We are a small team of market enthusiasts who believe crypto signal services should be honest, transparent, and built for people who are new to investing — not for experienced traders who already know what they are doing.

Telegram groups show you their winning signals and hide the losing ones. We publish every signal in a public logbook — wins and losses — that anyone can check. Telegram groups often earn money from exchange referral commissions, which means their interests are not aligned with yours. Our only income is your subscription. Telegram signals also require you to be online constantly to catch them. CSM monitors the market 24/7 and your dashboard is always up to date.

No. CryptoSignalMatters is not authorized or regulated by the FCA, SEC, CFTC, or any other financial regulator. We provide informational signals only. This is not a regulated financial service. UK and US users access this service at their own discretion. Please ensure you comply with the laws in your jurisdiction before using any crypto signal service.
